> 3 dayYou cant go wrong with this printer . Easy to set up , easy to level , and the best tech support I have ever dealt with . Amy was more than happy to help me with any issues , and very quick to respond (minutes) via email. This was also true with my Qidi resin printer. I have a Creality printer that is going away because I am so happy with this X-Plus.

Greater than one weekHere are the things I like about this printer: - The guts of this machine uses commonly available components. The stepper motors, switches, belt drive, motherboard, cables, hot-plate, etc. etc. are all of good quality. As a result, the print output quality is very good. Things work as expected with no proprietary quirks. - The engineering on this printer is exceptional. Every screw on this unit can be removed with one of two hex keys (provided) in the unlikely event that you need to replace a component. This printer was clearly designed someone who understood the benefits of keeping things simple yet robust. Bravo. Excellent job. - Touch screen UI is really good. Its simple and easy to understand. It just works and works quite well. Again, it must have been designed by a person who understands the benefits of keeping things simple and intuitive. - Slicer software is great. It works well and is far superior to Cura and most open source slicers out there. You have the power to either print with defaults which are well thought out or tweak the settings to get exactly the print you need. This software is the heart and soul of the machine and once again, was designed by someone who values good design. Keep the software development and updates going on this Qidi, please! Also, please release a Linux version. I would love to use my laptop when printing. I know its a big ask but its 2019... we have the technology :) - High temperature extruder. This is great for printing polycarbonate and other exotic materials. Its a great free add-on from Qidi. They mentioned it was in beta when I purchased 8 months ago yet graciously supplied on free of charge. - LED lighting. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE LED LIGHTING!!! When i watch the Qidi printing in a darkened room the ethereal blue glow gives the feel that I am living in the year 2050 with a magical, high tech machine that creates things out of thin air. Its silly, I know... but its cool beyond words. Whoever thought this up, if you are ever in Washington state I owe you a beer! All of these things mentioned would earned the Qidi 5 stars. But I havent really even begun to review the company. I have been alive for 50 years and seen a lot of good and bad customer support an I can safely count on one hand the number of companies that have such outstanding customer support. Let me try and explain with two examples: 1. High Temperature Extruder stopped getting hot enough shortly after installing it. I contacted Linda and she immediately popped one in the post. She wanted the original one back so her engineers could analyze it and find out what went wrong. She deposited return postage in our pay-pal account before she even received the return. Talk about trusting your customer! Very impressed with that alone. 2. I screwed up big time. I was an idiot and went to change the nozzle on the high temp extruder and like a gorilla, used way too much force while the machine was POWERED ON! What I ended up doing was shorting out the heating element by damage due to brute forcing it. I killed my mother board, I killed my extruder, I killed my breakpoint module I killed my cables. IT WAS ALL MY FAULT. I contacted Linda to see what could be done. I hated to lose my Qidi. Long story short, she helped me diagnose the faulty components, sent me some diagnostics videos and ended up sending me all the replacement parts, free of charge, express from China. Give that a moment to sink in. Thats a significant gift from Linda at Qidi who had ZERO OBLIGATION to fix MY MISTAKE. I am humbled and awed. That is some of the best customer good will I have ever experienced and I am very grateful to Linda at Qidi for her support. If there was an option for rating customer/tech support a 6 this would be the first Amazon purchase of my extensive purchase history that would qualify. There is no adequate way to say Thank You enough to Qidi who has brought such joy into my life. It may sound corny but customer support is everything to me. I have lived long enough to know that frustration and disappointment are far more costly than a purchase price. Thanks again Linda, thanks again Qidi, you have earned a loyal customer for life!

Greater than one weekMy x-plus arrived and I had it unboxed and printing in 15 minutes. I have been using 3d printers for over 4 years and I am very impressed with the quality of the prints and the build quality of the Qidi x-plus. Iy has been printing almost non-stop for the past month without missing a beat. I have used Pla, Petg, Abs. Tpu and PC. It has printed them all flawlessly except for Petg. Ill have to experiment with Petg and see if I can improve my prints. I have contacted Qidi tech support several times and their replies have been timely and helpful. It is not an open source printer so it will be difficult to modify. I am also not a not a big fan of the spook holder but there is a good option available on thingiverse.

> 3 dayI had my X-Plus for over two months now. The printer has been running almost non-stop as my wife and children discovered all the cool things i can print for their hobbies. The printer came ready and fully optimized right out of the box, including leveling. The print quality is excellent. The inclusion of a second extruder for higher temperatures and auto shut off feature when a print is complete is a unique bonus rarely seen with other brands. On 12/1, the printer developed an issue with a module that controls the auto shut off feature and the power button. The printer still worked but it would not shut off without using the power supply switch. I was worried about what it will take to resolve it especially since the printer is manufactured in China. I was absolutely amazed. I received a response within hours of sending my initial email. The response included several possible solutions including videos how to check each of them. When it did not work, the company immediately sent not one but two replacement modules via air. Again, I received a video with detailed instructions on how to replace the module. It was easy and it worked. Today is 12/6 or just 5 days from my initial email to their customer service. The module is replaced and the printer works great. I have had many excellent customer service experiences in my life. This has to be in the top two. I highly recommend the printer for its quality in general. But the customer service experience earned QiDi a loyal customer.

Greater than one weekI cant say enough about how great the support staff has been. The respond in a more than timely manner and have even gone so far as to create profiles for different materials for me in Simplify 3D. Wifi printing is nice, no cords everywhere and printer doesnt have to be next to computer. Enclosed case and option to have filament inside case is cool. Came assembled and ready to print. Well packaged too!

> 3 dayI have 2 Qidi printers and love them both. They come assembled so you are just sitting up the software and and loading the filament, which comes in the box. The leveling is easy since the printer takes you through the process. I also really like the flexible, removable print plate which makes it super easy to pop off a print of any size, you just flex and the print is off. I bought extras so I can start a new print within seconds. The touch screen is nice and has an accurate timer so you know when the print will be finished. I found the Qidi has excellent print quality, very happy with my results. When I have had questions the support responds quickly and has taken great care of me. I would recommend this printer.

> 3 dayI started my 3d printing journey about 4 years ago by buying the Qidi x-one just based on reviews and you tube videos. Fast forward 3 years later and that printer has been amazing and printed thousands of successful prints, but as my needs grew to have a machine that could print much larger, I immediately went to Qidi Tech first. The value of what you get from a full enclosure, two extruders (hi and low temp), the dual bed posts, the hands down best customer service simply cannot be beat which led me to buy the X-plus. Having had a it a few months now it has been nothing but excellent. I have printed every material from nylon, nylon with carbon fiber, nylon with glass, pla, pla plus, tpu etc. with amazing results. I did a lot of research and review watching before buying and I could not be happier.

> 3 dayThis was my first 3d printer. I live by the motto go big or go home. After reading several reviews, comparing pros and cons, and watching videos I decided this printer is the one I want. Was a breeze to setup and install everything! Machine is super quiet and everything works great. Customer service is great as well. Any questions they are replying to you within 1 day or less. Instruction booklet is sketchy on English, but by no means not understandable with a little common sense. I have been printing just PLA so far and all the prints have come out great! Slicing tool is also a breeze to use. They supply instructional video to help you the first time. So as of now I can say I love this machine and would not think twice about ordering. Heck I already forget the names of the other printers I was even looking at.
