> 3 dayI did quite a bit of research and ultimately decided to go with QIDI X-Plus. I am not disappointed at all with my choice. I did have to watch a youtube video from a current user along with the printed instructions to help with a few gaps for the first time set up, but other than that, Im happy with the print quality and easy to use software.

Greater than one weekLong story short: Great large volume 3D printer with excellent print quality. Out of the box and printing in 15 minutes. Right into torture testing by printing parts for days. Rock solid. I needed a printer that offered larger build volume. I used to be a big fan of Lulzbot, still have a mini 2 which is reliable and quiet... but small. The Taz 6 is old (and expensive), and it’s replacement is far too expensive to consider for my needs. Prusa? Works great, still too small. Creality? Ok if you want to just tinker with printers all day, I prefer to spend time designing parts instead of tweaking the printer. Stumbled across the QIDI. Never heard of the manufacturer, but reviews were good (for what that’s worth) and took a chance. The printer is solid. Arrives with two print heads for printing various filament materials, flexible (and removable) build sheet, two methods to mount filament spool (external and internal, which is useful when printing materials like ABS). Nice enclosure that allows you to remove the side windows and front door open, or remove the top to allow other filaments that do better with some airflow to cool while printing. The X-Plus is fairly large, but it only as large as it has to be to provide the large build volume. It looks like a weird microwave. The enclosure has good lighting and can be turned off completely. Nice touch. Support is very accessible and responsive. Almost surprisingly so. The only negatives I can say are as follows: - No auto bed leveling. I’m a big fan of how Lulzbot bed leveling works, better than the inductive sensor and the goofy Touch3D that I’ve found to be failure prone. That said, it stays level fairly well and generally I only re-level when I have to move the unit. Which is not often. - not a fan of the ugly yellow stickers. Across the front door and completely covering the side windows. - I’d prefer a grid on the flexible build plate, or even just plain. The writing on the build plate is kind of ugly here as well. But it performs so well I can live with it.

Greater than one weekI love this printer I am both a hobbyist and a tinkerer. I think its awesome that the print bed is very large, because it cuts a big chunk of time off to print small objects and large. I also like the fact that theres two ways to load and upload the filament outside and inside. The customer service is amazing always right there when you need them. The printer is very versatile ,easy to use and learn. If youre looking for a good quality, easy to use, great printing space, and sturdy frame. I would highly recommend this printer.

> 3 dayHad some issues with machine, but the customer service was excellent. They have worked hard to resolve issues. The print quality is better than I expected. I have shown others with 3d printers and they complimented the smoothness. Also far easier to use than I expected. I have a cnc machine, and have used other similar machines. I expected 3d to be same difficulty with 3 dimensions. Adjust heat, choose material and print. Read other reviews this is worth every dime.

> 3 dayI have to admit, Im extremely impressed with the QIDI X-Plus! This is the quietest, machine I own (and I have 5 other 3D printers). It has a build volume equal to the I-Mate and accuracy that rivals the X-Max. I print 24X7 on all my machines. I have to print some parts to an accuracy of 0.05mm and this machine (along with the X-Max) can do the job consistently. As far as setup, all I did was take it out of the box, level the build plate, and started printing. Didnt bother with any test prints, just went straight to my jobs. They came out perfect! If you are a beginner, youll love how easy this machine is to use. If you are experienced, youll love the accuracy. And both will appreciate the low sound level. If I could only have one machine, it would be the X-Plus.

> 3 dayThis is the 4th, 3d printer I have bought and by far the best one I have used. The support so far has been amazing, I e-mailed a few questions after ordering just asking basic questions based on reviews and the responses were very fast and extremely helpful. After receiving the printer setup was fast and easy, and I am already on my 1st real print after the calibration cube test print I did. So far the ONLY down side I can see in this printer over far more expensive ones is the lack of a truly autonomous leveling system, it is still manual even if assisted, but honestly its just not that important to me. This printer has HANDS DOWN the best support of any I have bought so far, as well as the best documentation!

Greater than one weekThe X-Plus is easy to use and produces a great product. This is a turn key solution. Make sure to read the instructions and follow the videos and you will printing in no time. I run the printer every day an average of 12 hours daily. The support is Stellar. Ive contacted support on several occasions. They are punctual and provide clear, detailed , and timely responses using detail information and instructions. Also, they respond videos and photos illustrating the instructions and expected results created for my specific needs. I was surprised that they wanted video clips showing all my steps and the screen displays. They have global google drive where you upload the videos and photos. I will probably purchase another printer in the next 12 months. This is the best support every. Allen

> 3 dayThis was my first 3d printer. I live by the motto go big or go home. After reading several reviews, comparing pros and cons, and watching videos I decided this printer is the one I want. Was a breeze to setup and install everything! Machine is super quiet and everything works great. Customer service is great as well. Any questions they are replying to you within 1 day or less. Instruction booklet is sketchy on English, but by no means not understandable with a little common sense. I have been printing just PLA so far and all the prints have come out great! Slicing tool is also a breeze to use. They supply instructional video to help you the first time. So as of now I can say I love this machine and would not think twice about ordering. Heck I already forget the names of the other printers I was even looking at.
