> 3 dayMy very first SSD. Bought this when it was on sale. The 500GB size is adequate as I tend to install a certain number of games. Everything from setup and installation, data transfer, etc. was smooth. Setup Windows 8 in less than 10 minutes. Boot time and app loading time greatly reduced. Very happy with the addition of the SSD to my i7 rig. Highly recommended for normal use. Previously using the Samsung Hybrid SSD.

> 3 dayGave a new life to my 6 year old Viao. Amazingly fast. If you have windows 10, save your self time and download the latest version of the Samsung Data Migration App from samsung.com, do not bother installing if from the packaged CD, it does not detect the SSD. After that the Migration went without any issue. Took little more than 2 hours to clone my 500G HDD. I used

> 3 dayBought this as a replacement drive for my mid-2012 13 MacBook Pro. Easily installed, and the speed benefits of an SSD are immediately noticeable. I doubt Ill have much patience for conventional hard drives now.

Greater than one weekReplaced the old hard drive in my 2009 MacBook Pro with this and it feels like a brand new lap top. Affordable and working great so far.

Greater than one weekDespite their popularity and high-ratings from a variety of sources, Ive lost several drives, a couple straight out of the box. Given that the speeds are NOT that much higher than other SSD drives, Samsung products unreliable make this a complete non-starter for me. Ive lost too much data, too many time, with NO recourse, to EVER trust another Samsung product ever again!

> 3 dayI bought this hard drive and used it to resurrect my 2010 Mac Book Pro and it worked well for well over a year. But one day after an update the computer did not work anymore. For some reason, the hard drive does not work properly. I tried everything to recover it but was not able to. The funny thing is that it seems to work as an external hard drive (although have not used it extensively as an external hard drive and there is a good chance it might die out even as an external hard drive). But it does not work when I install it in my Mac Book pro anymore.

> 3 dayAwesome performance from this new SSD...made my old MacBook Pro (early 2011 model) purr like a kitten. Prior to installing the new SSD I thought Id have to buy a new computer, but this has given me at least a few more years (at least until Apple stops supporting it).
