> 3 daySo far so great!!! What can I say but it works as intended. Read up on youtube if you plan to use this to replace your hard drive. It was very easy and simple if you take your time.

Greater than one weekNoticeably sped up my old Pentium 4 computer. I would recommend this over adding more RAM. Some small tips and issues. Make sure to update the migration software (you will be offered that option). If you dont the transfer will fail. Another important tip; Make sure to order a StarTech USB 3.0 to 2.5 SATA HDD/SSD Cable. The hard drive does not come with it and without the cable there is no way to transfer over data from your existing drive.

> 3 dayI purchased the SSD after looking into many technical reviews. All pointed to this being the best bang for the buck in terms of speed and reliability. I have used Samsung 850 EVO brand SSDs for the last year in multiple computers. No problems at all. Very satisfied. I also transferred my boot drive (From an ssd to an ssd) with Acronis (Free) and had zero problems booting up and running as normal.

> 3 dayWorking great thus far with Winows 10 loaded. I had another 500 gig drive of a different brand which I installed Linux Mint on allowing using F12 to govern which OS I desire to use. Having different brand drives allows easy visual as to which drive is which. I love the fast boot and shutdown solid state drives provide and not needing to be so concerned with fragmentation.

> 3 daySame as every other Samsung SSD Ive bought. Superior performance and design with solid reliability. I have had far too many Kingston, Corsair, Micron, and other brand SSDs fail. Ive had 1 out of over 200 Samsung SSDs installed in the last 3 years fail.

> 3 dayI am happy with this SSD drive now, but it was a devil to install. I have a Dell XPS 8700 that came with an SSD, but I needed more space. I could find only one hard drive in the case and after I unplugged it, the system still showed an SSD. The ultimate answer is that the SSD that came in the Dell was about the size of a Compact Flash drive and it was mounted flat against the motherboard underneath the video card. The motherboard must have been specifically designed for that card because the power and Sata plugs were horizontal on the board, so no cables. Once I took that SSD out, the rest went as expected from the instructions. Ive had it about a month and Im happy with it. My use is primarily editing pictures.

> 3 daySooooo much faster than the traditional HD that came with ASUS G751. Honestly the only reason Im giving it a 4 star review is that I had an issue cloning the drive. MAKE A WINDOWS INSTAL USB OR DVD BEFORE INSTALLING!! When I cloned the drive using the software, after everything was cloned, I kept getting stutters every 30 seconds or so. Then, I tried to restore the drive. This was a big mistake that screwed the Windows instal. After I got a fresh Windows instal (and deleted all the extra partitions made when I cloned the drive) it has been amazing!! So fast to boot!! No more waiting for my browser to load, so fast at loading games!! I highly recommend, just save yourself some heartache and do a fresh install from the beginning.

> 3 dayI replaced a smaller capacity SDD with this for desktop system drive. The transfer software worked great and aside from some expected hickups in BIOS it is currently making this review possible. I am pleased.

Greater than one weekI used this drive to replace a bad hard drive. I now love the really fast boot up speed. Setup was easy and all the screw holes matched perfectly. Did I mention that this thing is really fast? The problem I now have is that the rest of the family now wants me to replace their drives with this one.
